Wework wanted to plan a client Christmas party celebration at a new venue they hadn’t used before. This was to be the party of the year, and to be something completely different to what they usually do. We were tasked to find the perfect venue, and provide theming and entertainment, managing all aspects of this exciting event from start to finish.
After shortlisting potential venues, it was very quickly decided to go with the Silver Sturgeon, and to utilise their Christmas woodland decorations to help create our own “into the woods” theme. Flambeaux lanterns Iit up the gates to the pier, and guests were then directed down the blue carpet, where golden fire horn creatures performed, creating an impact right from arrival. As guests entered the boat, a snow queen welcomed them into the reception, where champagne and canapes were served by a fairy living table, to kick of the evening with quirky sophistication. A mystic celebrity fortune teller mingled throughout the room whilst an LED violinist wowed guests which a mixture of music. When guests went through to the main space, after a couple of speeches, the food stations opened and to keep the guests entertained while they dined, glitter artists roamed, and a circus show amazed guests, ramping up the party atmosphere. Then as the boat arrived back at Savoy Pier, Trevor Nelson hit the decks/stage, opening the dancefloor and really getting the party started.
“Thanks so much for an amazing event - the feedback both internally and externally has been phenomenal! One broker described it as the best event of the year by a mile.”
