The Event

Wired Score were looking to organise a product launch via a virtual studio, in a London venue. Previously the company had run an online event via zoom, but wanted to take this product launch to the next level, to broadcast to clients worldwide. Our solution was to put forward a number of virtual studios across London, and between Sevenevents and Wiredscore, we all agreed that the venue that best fit the brief was our studio set based in Denham Grove, a hotel on the edge of the city. With a huge LED wall backdrop and 20x28ft stage, this provided the ability to showcase high quality content to the viewers, particularly important for a new product launch. To ensure the event ran smoothly we had a day in the studio to rehearse, recording various elements of the event which allowed presenters to familiarise themselves with the stage and the four different cameras we used for different aspects of the show. On the rehearsal day we also ran tech checks for the remote callers to minimise any disruption on the live event day. With clear roles and responsibilities for the Sevenevents team, and a minute by minute run of show, the event day was extremely smooth and we received excellent feedback from the client.
