Our travel management team provided a 1-2-1 travel booking service for the HCP’s who were able to pick between air and train travel dependent on what worked with their busy schedules. Our travel team provided personalised options for each HCP ahead of booking the tickets. Then when travel was confirmed, they provided each HCP with a full itinerary ahead of departure. The team were then on hand to accommodate any changes required and to be available to assist with airline cancelations and train delays.
