The Brief

Alongside an incentive Presidents club, organised by our incentive team, our client enlisted the services of our travel management team for the guests pre and onward travel requirements, alongside organising individual family transfers.

The Solution

Our travel management team liaised with the families attending the Presidents Club to organise additional nights on resort if required, either before or after the trip, and securing preferential rates for these extended stays.
The team also organised transfers to and from the resort individually for each family based on their personalised flight itinerary, with the 32 families all arriving and departing separately for the week long incentive.
