lighter evenings are coming and summer is in reaching distance. time to get planning your summer incentive! there are so many amazing options for summer incentives depending on your brief and budget. from an overseas wild week, to a uk based retreat, or if budget is small keep it local and run a day event with all the stops. at sevenevents we have run many incentives and have all the tips and tricks on how to make it the best one yet.
an overseas incentive is an easy winner. who doesn’t want to be whisked away on a ba flight to a hot country with mimosas for breakfast and sand in between their toes?! in 2022 we were able to help multiple clients with their overseas incentives to destinations such as palma, madrid, stockholm, and dubai.
some clients opt to run their incentive as a weekend short trip away, leaving friday afternoon and returning on sunday. there is plenty of time to get everything you want in – group dinner friday evening, saturday morning bike tour of the local area followed by a private catamaran and lunch. have some free-time before heading out into the night for another group dinner and to dance the night away. then you are up on sunday and home by dinner time. this is a great programme for a summer incentive with a short period of time.
or, you can run a more leisurely incentive with more free-time and perhaps include a few company meetings to ensure that it isn’t all play and no work. the thing is it is completely up to you. with our experience, we can advise you how is best to run your incentive for your requirements.
now we’ve discussed an overseas incentive, we have the option of a uk trip. covid times really showed us how amazing the uk is – and do we really need to leave to have a good time? we think maybe not. with stunning locations such as cornwall, the lake district, the cotswolds, or many of our beautiful cities there is something for every brief and budget.
