POPS have teamed up with the classic tricycle to offer their full range of premium ice popsicles made in Britain using all-natural ingredients. Alcoholic Pops include Classic (Champagne), Bellini (Prosecco and Peach), Frosé (Raspberry and Rosé), Watermelon Martini and PIMM’s popsicles. They also offer non-alcoholic Strawberry & Mint and Chilly Mango flavoured popsicles. They have something for everyone and can cool down delegates on a hot summers day!

Utter Waffle

Utter Waffles creative juices are forever flowing, and so is their every evolving menu! With breakfast options, light bites served by the quarter, and their exciting summer main menu: their waffles can be eaten any time of day, whatever your appetite! Utter Waffle are also very committed to keeping their carbon waffle-print under control! They’ve got no time for single-use plastics; so you won’t find any of those around here. All their packaging is recyclable and responsibly sourced to reduce their impact on the environment.

Mother Clucker

They started serving tea brined, buttermilk soaked, twice battered fried chicken from their converted US Army ambulance at the Truman back in 2013. Bite into their succulent fried chicken at Mother Clucker, made using a secret blend of spices. The halal chicken here is first brined in tea, then soaked in buttermilk, and twice battered for crispiness and taste. Pair it with Cajun fries for a spicy hit! Why not put a different and unique twist on your typical chicken course!
